SQL Server 2016 CTP2.1がリリースされています。
CTPって2.1, 2.2ってなっていきましたっけ？？？
以前は整数だったような気がしますが、気のせいかもしれません。
2.0と2.1の違いはなんでしょうか。
ドキュメントを見る限り、2.0で報告されていたいくつかの問題が2.1では消えていました。
Bug Fix版なんだとすると試すべきは2.1ですね。
